Hey there! Are you ready to preserve your beautiful wedding flowers? We can help you with that!  Shipping the flowers to us is the responsibility of the client.

Remember, it's super easy, and we'll take good care of your bouquet. Just follow these simple steps:

1. IMPORTANT: Place a sheet of paper inside with your name and order number on it. This helps us identify your package.

2. Before shipping, take out any ribbons, pendants, papers, or lace that you want to keep. Any non-plant items we receive will be discarded. We don't want anything important to you tossed.

3. If you have any extra flowers you love, you can include them in the box. Our preservation specialist will choose the loveliest ones for preservation.

4. Now, it's time to pack your bouquet. Wrap ONLY THE STEMS of your flowers in a wet paper towel and then wrap the bouquet in a plastic bag to protect the box from getting wet.

5. Fill any empty spaces in the box with packing peanuts or crumbled paper. This will keep your bouquet safe during its journey to us.

6.Remember to ship your flowers quickly (overnight) and keep them cool. We want them to arrive in the best condition possible.

Lastly, if your flowers don't arrive in workable condition, we won't be able to proceed with the preservation. But don't worry; we can recommend some amazing local florists who might be able to help!
